Aimburst Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of Aimburst’s website (the “Site”) and the purchase of our products, which include cheat software for FPS games and DMA hardware. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws, including UAE Cybercrime, Consumer Protection, Electronic Transactions, and eCommerce laws.

Aimburst FZ-LLC is a UAE-licensed entity. As required by UAE law, our licensing details and all product information (specifications, pricing, warranty, etc.) are disclosed on the Site in Arabic.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.

  • Account Information: You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Security: Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

  • Termination: Aimburst may suspend or terminate your account for violations, fraud, or unlawful activity.

3. License and Product Use

  • License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products for personal gaming use only.

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, distribute, or share any part of our products unless expressly permitted by law.

  • Intellectual Property: All intellectual property belongs to Aimburst or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international law. Use of our trademarks or logos requires written permission.

4. Payment and Pricing

  • Pricing: All prices are in AED (USD optional), excluding applicable taxes (e.g., 5% UAE VAT).

  • Payment Methods: We accept Stripe payments. You agree to Stripe’s and any third-party processor’s terms.

  • Invoices: You will receive a digital invoice in Arabic (with English where applicable), detailing all charges.

  • Risk of Loss: For hardware, risk transfers upon shipment; for software, upon delivery of the download/license.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery: Hardware ships via courier (e.g., FedEx, Aramex). Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

  • International Orders: Import duties and compliance with local laws are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive email updates and tracking information where applicable.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • Digital Products: Software sales are final once delivered, except where required by law. In case of technical issues, contact support for assistance.

  • Physical Products: Defective hardware will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

  • Returns: We do not accept returns of used hardware or digital products unless pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

  • Legal Compliance: Refund policies comply with UAE laws, which override any unfair or restrictive terms.

7. Risks and Limitations of Use

  • Use at Your Own Risk: Use of cheat software or hardware may violate game EULAs and lead to bans. You assume full responsibility for such risks.

  • Disclosure: We do not guarantee product invisibility to anti-cheat systems. Use may result in penalties from third-party platforms.

  • No Guarantees: We do not warrant compatibility, uninterrupted use, or specific outcomes.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Site and products lawfully and in line with UAE and international laws.

  • Avoid using products for criminal activity, hacking, data theft, or fraud.

  • Properly install/configure software/hardware.

  • Keep login credentials and license keys confidential.

  • Follow all product instructions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Distribute, rent, or sell our products.

  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with product protections.

  • Transmit illegal or malicious content.

  • Interfere with our servers or engage in disruptive behavior.

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in the Products (e.g., code, UI, branding) is the exclusive property of Aimburst or its licensors. These Terms grant no rights beyond the limited use license. UAE law protects all such intellectual property.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL):
